Department Leeds Dock Expands Creative Space, Welcoming Software Business

Department Leeds Dock has opened its new 3,860 sq ft creative workspace on Level 2, welcoming its first tenant—Retail Insight, a provider of in-store execution software. The company, which has been operating in Leeds Dock since 2023, moved into a larger 20-desk private office to accommodate its expanding team.

Kieran O’Brien, VP of Customer Success at Retail Insight, expressed enthusiasm for the move: “Department Leeds Dock is far ahead in terms of coworking spaces, collaboration opportunities, and amenities like the Fearns restaurant & bar. The space has played a key role in the growth of our Leeds team, and we’re excited for the next chapter on Level 2.”

Level 2 has been designed to meet the rising demand for flexible office spaces. It features modern offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, podcast facilities, private phone booths, and social spaces, along with a private cinema and event space with a bar.
